Good to know

Do I need an internet connection?

No. You can create quotes and invoices, record payments and sell from stock offline. InvoiceK syncs your changes the next time you're online.

Do I need an account?

No. Everything works on your phone without one. Create an account when you want to sync with other phones, add your team or email from the app. What you made before signing in is uploaded then.

Can my clients open the documents?

Yes. Invoices and quotes are standard PDFs that open on any computer or phone, with your attachments added as pages after the document.

What happens if I delete a business by mistake?

It moves to Recently Deleted with everything in it. The owner can restore it, or delete it permanently.

Can staff see my settings or reports?

No. Staff create and edit sales. Business details, templates, taxes, reports and the team are for owners and admins.
